Thereinto, in data processing, many methods can be selected and combined flexibly, including: double-entry-one-check method, one-entry-one-check method, OCR-one-check etc. Moreover, the system is featured with by dividing the originals into a few pieces, thus all the entry staff can not be able to view any complete of clients’ info, which totally and effectively assure the information safety.
